Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy helps patients work toward independence
in daily living tasks, such as dressing and bathing. The
therapists help patients to adapt to their home or work
environment of optimal safety and accessibility. Occupational
Therapists also fabricate splints for hands, address fine
motor skills, adapt equipment, and in some cases, adapt
a patient's home or work environment in order to promote
independent function. Occupational Therapy is offered
on an inpatients, and adult and pediatric outpatient basis.
