So many people are having their prescriptions filled at Danville Regional Medical Center that the outpatient Pharmacy is now offering extended hours. "Business has grown much faster than we anticipated," said Joe Ciezkowski, Director of the Pharmacy Department at Danville Regional Medical Center. "As a result, we've doubled our staff to keep up with demand."

Although many patients have prescriptions filled at the Pharmacy when they are discharged, you don't have to be a patient to use the service. "People recognize that we provide good service, convenience, and competitive prices," said Ciezkowski.

"Although we don't provide non-prescription drugs and other items, we can offer a significant savings on prescription drugs."
