Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit provided
by Danville Regional Health System to all of its associates
to help you and your family resolve job-related, personal
and family problems. There is no cost to you and the EAP
can help you and your eligible family members deal with
many situations, including the following:
- Stress
- Legal and financial problems
- Marital and family problems
- Emotional problems
- Addictive behaviors
- Drug and alcohol abuse
- Job-related problems
The EAP is available 24 hours a day, seven days per
week. EAP services are provided in a professional and
confidential manner at locations away from the workplace.
The program is designed so that you or an eligible family
member can seek help on your own without you employer
knowing or you can be referred by your supervisor. Either
way, no information regarding your participation in
the program will be released without your written consent
unless otherwise specified by state and federal law.
The goal of the program is to assist our valued associates
and their families in coping with problems that could
result in serious deterioration of health, family life,
and job performance.
