Begin to Take Hold from Better Health magazine, Spring, 2002

In last year's Annual Report, we looked at how our region compares to the rest of Virginia on some serious health issues. And we concluded that the chance of dying from a preventable health problem, like stroke, cancer, heart disease, or pneumonia was unacceptably high. By focusing on the key areas of awareness, prevention, and care guidelines, Danville Regional Health System hopes to reverse these trends.
