Our Mission
THINK FIRST
is a nationally recognized head and spinal cord injury
prevention program that was created in 1986 by The American
Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and The Congress
of Neurological Surgeons (CNS). THINK FIRST is designed
to educate children and teens on ways to prevent head
and spinal cord injuries by presenting programs free of
charge to schools, churches and civic organizations. We
have adopted the belief that prevention is the only cure.
THINK FIRST is funded by private donations
