From Charlottesville: 29 South through Lynchburg into Danville. Continue through commercial area, cross route 58 (do not exit), cross the Dan River, go under two underpasses and make the first left turn after the second underpass. That is the Danville Regional Medical Center main entrance. Parking is available past the main entrance and across South Main Street.

From Richmond: take 360 West into South Boston to 58 West, take 58 West (right) into Danville, through commercial area. Right exit on cloverleaf for 86 South/29 South Business (just past the Ramada Inn - Stratford). Cross the Dan River on 86 South, go under two underpasses, and turn left immediately following the second underpass. That is the Danville Regional Medical Center main entrance. Parking is available past the main entrance and across South Main Street.

From South Boston, take 58 West into Danville, through commercial area. Right exit on 86 South/29 South Business cloverleaf (just past the Ramada Inn - Stratford). From Raleigh: Take 40 West to exit 261. At the end of the ramp, take a right onto 86 North. 86 North bears to the right sharply before entering Yanceyville, so watch for it. In Danville, follow 86 North through a commercial area, over a railroad overpass, then through the traffic light at Watson St/Stokes St. Take the first right turn after the light before the underpass. That is the Danville Regional Medical Center main entrance. Parking is available past the main entrance and across South Main Street.

From Durham: Take 86 North from Durham. 86 North bears to the right sharply before entering Yanceyville, so watch for it.
